Submit items for rectification

Use this to report defects in your unit without booking a face-to-face visit. Please read the guidelines before you start.

Before you begin

Submit up to 10 items. For each item, tell us the location, item, and a short description.
Photos help us understand the issue. Submitting items individually, we accept PDF, JPG, PNG files up to 5 MB each and 20 MB in total. A compiled submission is a single PDF of up to 20 MB.
You will need your postal code and unit number to begin.
